I could do a standard leftoid blog rant about how Prime Minister Stephen Harper's so-called Green Plan II is just a lot of smoke and mirrors. But I won't. Better to offer more highlights from his made-in-Canada answer to Al Gore's An Inconvenient Truth. A future cartoon will, I hope, do a better job skewering Harper's "intensity-based" plan to increase emissions while pretending they are decreasing than I could ever do here.
