During summer, I usually take a more whimsical and personal tack than the rest of the year. This is partly so that the cartoon or two that I bank for vacation won't become stale dated (my constant quest to get a week ahead). And partly because the news is snoozier anyway. It's time to slow down and have more fun.

So it is that I've finally come back to Horst and Celia's baby-making problems. Last we saw, Frank was suggesting Horst use porn to help in the conception process. Well, now porn does come to the rescue, but Horst finds it lacking. Perhaps all his agonizing over the state of the nation has taken its toll.
