I embarked on a four-part series on Raj's homecoming last week, so I can't comment via comic strip on Harper single-handedly watering down what would have been a tough Commonwealth accord on climate change (though I did add Stockwell Day's line about China at the last minute). As The Star reported,

Harper helped broker a compromise that pledged members to work toward undefined, so-called "aspirational" goals on greenhouse gas emissions.

Well, if we only aspire, first we're perspire, then we'll expire.

As the image below attests, smog ain't our only problem. We've got to combat smug as well.
